To: ADI-SMCS Grades 6-12 Students who has stayed in ADI-SMCS for at least 3 years
We all know that evangelization is the primary purpose of Catholic education. This explains why we take a premium on the integral formation of all our stakeholders as shown in our structures, policies, programs, and services. In order to concretely assess the level of quality of Catholic education in Ateneo de Iloilo-SMCS, we cordially invite everyone to participate in our survey using the 5 domains, 8 characteristics, and 15 main standards (Appendix A) of the Philippine Catholic Schools Standards (PCSS) of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP).
The survey link herewith is intended for our Grade 6 to 12 students who has stayed for at least 3 years in ADI-SMCS. This is to make sure that the assessment of the respondents will comprehensively cover all their pandemic and pre-pandemic observations and experiences. This 20-minute benchmarking, evaluation, and quality assurance initiative will eventually guide our continuous development in our Jesuit Catholic school operations, most crucial to which is our ongoing program development, budget hearing, and transition-strategic planning.

You may also refer to the PCSS for Basic Education Survey Manual (Appendix B) where explains thoroughly every item in this instrument.
