ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025
1) Applicants shall create their personal account via https://aims.adi.edu.ph/aims/applicants/ (See adjacent QR code) and fill out all information needed in the Application Form.
2) Recent one (1) pc. 1x1 colored I.D picture (with white background).
3) Clear photocopy of a birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Passport (for foreign applicants).
4) A certified true copy of the latest report card of the current school year.
*For those transferring from schools abroad: Clear photocopy of complete academic records with English Translation. Documents should be apostilled.
*For schools in the Philippines: Your latest report card must include the Learning Reference Number (LRN) of the applicant.
5) For Grade 4 to Grade 11 Applicants: Duly Accomplished Ateneo de Iloilo’s recommendation form signed by either the applicant’s current class adviser or teacher. The recommendation form must be sealed and signed across the flap by the recommender in a long white envelope. (See QR Code or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. 6) Pay the Admission Fee of P450 (Pay at the school cashier).

Important Note:
- Submit the admission fee receipt and hard copiesof the required items 2,3,4, and 5 to the school Psychometrician. The schedule for the Entrance examination will be given after submitting the hard copies of the complete requirements.
- The start of the submission of the requirements will be on December 04, 2023.
